Healthcare · primary care, quality & reputation
A positive inspection report became the starting point for a substantiated press story about quality and accessibility in hybrid primary care.
Executive summary
A positive inspection report on DocLine Utrecht was translated into a press story about quality and accessibility in hybrid primary care. The DitisgeenPRbureau.nl team developed the press materials and targeted media approach together with Arts en Zorg Groep. Skipr and MedischOndernemen published on 8 February 2024.
The challenge
Digital primary care raises questions about accessibility, personal attention and quality. For DocLine Utrecht, part of Gezond.nl and Arts en Zorg Groep, a positive inspection report created a concrete moment to explain how the model works.
The strategic question
How do you use a positive inspection judgement to explain the working model of a hybrid GP practice clearly and credibly?
Our approach
The team developed a press release in alignment with Arts en Zorg Groep around the inspection report. The combination of digital access and physical GP care was described clearly, with the judgement on DocLine Utrecht as the factual starting point. The media strategy followed two routes: healthcare trade media and regional media in Utrecht.
